The easiest way to accomplish t...Thank you Marizza. The easiest way to accomplish this is to cover the entire cake in a layer of buttercream. Then, with a toothpick, sketch the design onto the cake. Start piping the outline by color with a simple round tip. Then fill in each section with the star tip. Always do the words first, then fill in around them with the appropriate color. <br />I always print a picture or logo from the internet and use it as a visual guide when drawing the design with the toothpick.
